Rehau is one of the leading international suppliers of polymer-based solutions in the construction, automotive, and industrial sectors. The company recognized early on that it is important to be able to react to customer requests quickly and so it sought a partner for an appropriate CRM system. movento's experience in the construction industry was an important deciding factor when it was time to select a partner.
THE FIRST CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SYSTEM OF ITS TYPE
Together a uniform database was created, so that all employees could access the customer projects – even internationally. The property transactions in the construction sector were especially important for Rehau – which is why movento introduced its construction Site Management based on SAP CRM 2007. Today, our customer can manage the trades and construction stages of a construction project optimally – even from the road. In a first step, the core processes were analyzed. Then together, in the course of blueprint workshops, we formulated Rehau's special requirements: today sales employees can determine quickly and easily which projects are of interest to them and which people are participating – an important competitive advantage for Rehau. The system's user interface was adapted to Rehau's CI.
SAP CRM has been in productive use in Poland since 2010, in Serbia, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania since 2011. The system was introduced in Germany in 2012. With our support, Rehau now has a 360 degree view of its customers – which is why international communication and cooperation between the individual sales offices have improved. We are very pleased that we were able to assist Rehau with this global project and that we can continue to advise the company on CRM questions.
