Sales employees are supported efficiently in bottom-up planning with a planning function intergrated into SAP CRM. The management uses existing tools for top-down planning. The result is stored in SAP Business Warehouse as a planning reference, in SAP BI, plan and actual values are compared and periods compared. In addition, the intergration with the CRM components Opportunity Management and Offer Management allows the comparison of analyzed opportunities and open offers with the target order inflow.
