Two SAP CRM Internet Sales consultants from movento Schweiz ag went to Bremen right away. Here the primary task was on the one had  to advance the design of the CRM system, and on the other hand to develop the shop Web pages according to Beck's ideas. From the very beginning it was clear that these ambitious goals could only be achieved if all project members were pulling together. - Will the consumer accept the new shop?
 
- Can orders really be processed faster than with the system being replaced?
 
- Are there any severe errors that have crept in due to the quick introduction? 
 
To relieve the suspense, these fears were unfounded. The appeal to customers is great. The sales from the order were increased  by 10% in the first month. There were no larger problems.
Thus the road was clear for the introduction of the Hakke-Beck shop based on the Beck's shop. After a period of precisely one(!) month, this project was completed successfully too.
 
Conclusion: E-Selling pays off!
