Standardization of the sales processes, unification of the data basis, improvement of communication With formwork systems for economical building, MEVA Schalungs-Systeme GmbH, headquartered in Haiterbach, has made a name for itself. Placing the company's products on construction sites at home and abroad reqiures a high performance from the sales force. MEVA relies on SAP™ CRM. On this basis, the sales processes were standardized, the data basis unified, and communication between inside sales and the sales force employees and between branch office and headquarters were improved significantly.
