According to your experience and your knowledge, you will start your path at movento as a Junior Consultant, Consultant or Senior Consultant. Our growing team and our growing customer base open up new perspectives for a team to take personal responsibility.

You will determine the speed at which you move down this path. We will provide you with the basics for this:

1. Support by your movento coach, who will accompany you until you assume your own coaching and management responsibilities.

2. Orientation and transparency thanks to concrete agreement on objectives and systematic feedback in regular employee discussions
