CRM@BYK: brilliant with knowledge thanks to a uniform platform

BYK stands for the globally successful Division Additives & Instruments of ALTANA Group. Additives from BYK ensure that coatings and plastics have the desired properties, and the right quality. BYK takes in this field a top position worldwide. To maintain this position and to secure additional market share, BYK decided to implement SAP CRM and initiated the CRM @ BYK project.

The aim of the project was international sales support through the standardization of customer-focused processes and the introduction of a central CRM system with enterprise-wide access.
